Send us your power bill. We check it for errors and refunds, free.

Commercial electric and gas bills hide misapplied rate codes, demand-charge mistakes and tax-exemption errors. Text a photo of your bill to (229) 466-8732 or use the form. A person reviews it. If supply options fit, we compare them for you by private proposal.

How it works

A bill, a person, a written answer

No account, no login, no meter access to start.

1Send a bill

Text a photo to (229) 466-8732, or use the form. Cover account passwords; we never need them.

2We review it

Our AI assistant answers the line and collects what we need. A person does the review and follows up.

3You get findings

Rate-class, demand and tax items we think are wrong, in writing. If a refund looks possible, we help you file the claim; the utility decides.

4Optional supply comparison

With your signed authorization we pull your usage history and request supplier offers. You receive a private proposal.

5Renewal reminder

If you sign, we flag your contract end date well ahead so you are not rolled onto a default rate.

No promises on dollars. A bill review can find errors; it cannot promise a refund or a lower rate. Estimate, pro forma, not a contract rate; rates are delivered by private proposal.
How we are paid. The bill review is free to you. If you choose a supply contract through us, the retail energy supplier pays UnyKorn a commission that is built into your rate. We will tell you that in writing before you sign, and you are never required to switch.

Supply structures

Four ways to buy energy

Which one fits depends on your load shape and how much price risk you can carry. Prices are never published here; each quote is built privately for your account.

StructureHow it worksOften fits
Fixed rateThe energy price is set for the contract term, typically 12 to 60 months depending on supplier and market. Budget certainty; subject to the contract's pass-through terms.Predictable operators: restaurants, schools, offices, nonprofits.
Index rateThe energy price floats with a published market index for your region. Moves with the market, up or down.Operators who can carry price risk, or who expect prices to fall.
Block + indexA set share of your usage is fixed; the rest floats with the index.Steady daytime load with a variable remainder.
Load-following block + indexThe fixed block follows your operating pattern, so you are not locked into a flat block you do not use.Large or uneven loads: manufacturing, cold storage, high-load compute.

Beyond the commodity

Services that lower the bill itself

Delivered with qualified partners. Outcomes depend on your site, tariff and program rules.

01

Solar and battery feasibility

A first look at whether on-site solar or storage fits your load, roof or land, and tariff. We prepare the question; engineering and installation are done by qualified contractors you choose.

02

Demand response

Some programs pay commercial customers to reduce load during grid events. We check whether your loads and market qualify. Payment, obligations and penalties vary by program.

03

Peak-demand sub-metering

Real-time metering that shows when a facility is about to set a demand peak, because one peak can raise charges for months on some tariffs.

04

LED and efficiency retrofits

Lighting and controls upgrades, with utility rebates where your utility offers them.

Industries

Where the bills are largest

IndustryWhat we look at
Cold storage and food processingRefrigeration runs all day and demand charges are large. Load-following structures and peak-demand metering are the usual starting points.
AgricultureGrain drying, dairy, greenhouses and irrigation. For rural program context, including USDA programs that may help fund efficiency and renewable projects, see usda.3fs.app. Eligibility and awards are decided by the program, not by us.
Multi-site operatorsRestaurants, retail, fitness and convenience groups with many meters. One review can cover every location, and one agreement can cover many meters.
Commercial real estateMultifamily master meters, offices, industrial parks and common areas. Lower common-area energy cost can improve building operating income.
High-load computeData centers and AI clusters with continuous, large load. These accounts are usually priced by custom request to suppliers rather than from a rate sheet.
